Elite offers a diverse range of mechanical services including all forms of HVAC and Refrigeration. We also provide services in Air Quality Testing, Sheet Metal, Fluid Coolers, Humidification, Water Treatment, Pneumatics, Chillers, DDC Controls and more. Elite is a registered TSSA contractor. Our technicians are fully licensed in Refrigeration, Ozone Depletion Prevention, Natural and LP fuel installation, and Service. Individual technicians have achieved specialized training from leading manufacturers such as Carrier, Copeland, and Lennox as well as the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (R.S.E.S.). Elite carries five million dollars in liability insurance and is fully bondable.
Rapid Response
Our technicians respond within 3-4 hrs with Emergency service available 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year. What this means is that Elite's clients are never without support. After-hours service is dispatched via on-call personnel and live voice communications. This service enables you to speak directly to a technician.
Preventative Maintenance
Elite Air provides several maintenance programs to suit your individual company's needs. Working alongside your maintenance personnel we can also provide customized programs.
Environmentally Responsible
Legislation has been enacted restricting the handling and usage of CFC based refrigerants. It is now law that technicians obtain a provincial license to purchase and handle CFCs. It is mandatory that all technicians at Elite carry this license. We also utilize reclamation equipment to safely capture and recover CFCs and other Ozone depleting substances. Elite operates from a central Waterloo location. We are fully computerized with the latest version of dispatch and equipment tracking software.
